Robin Van Persie continua a coltivare la sua superba vena realizzativa aprendo le marcature contro il West Brom all’Emirates Stadium con il suo ottavo gol nelle ultime 4 partite in campionato. L’olandese insacca in tap-in dopo la conclusione di Walcott respinta da Foster (22’) e poi si traveste da uomo-assist per il raddoppio di Vermaelen al 40’: sinistro comodo per il belga da centro area.
